Tèi Rosso di Valtellina DOC 75 cl Sandro Fay
The Rosso di Valtellina comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Teglio, from whose dialectal form the name Téi derives.
Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca)
Training method: Guyot and Sylvoz Valtellinese.
Production area: Municipality of Teglio, southern exposure.
Soil: Sandy (70%), loamy (20%) with acid pH.
Harvest: Approximately 50 Hl/Ha. The grapes are harvested in the second half of October.
Winification: Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation and maturation in steel.
Contains sulphites.
