Grape variety: 95% Nebbiolo - 5% Vespolina
The grapes are carefully controlled during maturation to ensure the best quality. The harvest takes place in the first half of October. The winemaking takes place in large concrete vats. It is a wine suitable for medium-long aging and requires at least two years of refinement.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Ruby red colour, with an intense bouquet of spices and red fruits. On the palate it is gentle and persistent, with flavors of red fruits and dried fruit.
Contains sulphites.
