Shipping
Shipments are delivered to the courier within 2/10 day of receiving the order, using various couriers such as UPS, BRT (DPD), DHL, Poste Italiane and SDA
Generally orders are delivered in 1/2 working days in Italy, in 3/4 working days throughout Europe, they are made on working days from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 18.

How to behave in case of damage due to transport If at the unloading of the goods there is damage to the packaging it is necessary express a specific reservation: the package is accepted but before signing the document you must write "I accept with reserve right" SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, eg. "laundry packaging", "packaging with dent on the right side ...", etc .. Once the package has been opened and any damage has been found, it will be possible to be compensated for the damage suffered. Reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept the package with reserve or if the damage is still visible without having to open the package.
Shipping Tracking
Shipments are mainly made by UPS courier or alternatively SDA and / or other courier. In the shipping confirmation e-mail you will find, in the first few lines, a link that will take you to the shipper's website where you can find out and follow the progress of your shipment. When the courier makes the delivery you will need to check that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and, in any case, complies with the standard characteristics of a package. Any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier and in the absence of these the product is considered delivered correctly.
