Harvested in the pristine Oriented Natural Reserve of the “Saline di Trapani and Paceco ”managed by the WWF. The salt crystals are produced according to traditional methods in use since the times of the Phoenicians and dried in a natural way. SALE NATURA is an integral sea salt, Slow Food Presidium, which is hand-picked in the Culcasi salt pan and is formed by the natural evaporation of sea water. It is not bleached or artificially refined, and therefore does not undergo any chemical treatment. Finally, it is packaged without the addition of anti-caking additives.
