The Forno di Santa Rita was born in 1999 from the dream of Maurizio Spinello who, intending not to abandon the Borgo of Santa Rita, now almost uninhabited, decides to open his business.
The company's objective is to churn out quality products, which enhance the economy and the territory. Their Pasta is easily recognisable: light golden yellow in colour, rough to the touch to collect the seasoning and porous inside to cook evenly inside and out.
Their biscuits Artisanal products are produced following an ancient recipe and prepared with simple ingredients, worked by hand and cooked in a wood oven.
