Fabio and Luigi are two young friends who have decided to combine their respective entrepreneurial skills with their shared passion for wine, the one that most authentically describes the territory. This project is called Salariis and the name is a tribute to the suggestive Borgo Salariis, located in the municipality of Treppo Grande (UD), a place steeped of history and natural beauty.
Salariis with its 20 hectares of vineyards between Aquilea and Colloredo, aims to best represent the Friulian territory by producing compatible with the development of a sustainable agricultural economy, varieties such as Ribolla Gialla, Refosco, Merlot, Pinot Grigio, Friulano and Cabernet Sauvignon.
