Ramaddini was born in 2003 in Marzamemi when Carlo Scollo and Francesco Ristuccia decided to purchase 20 hectares of land where four native varieties, Nero d'Avola, Catarratto, Grillo and Moscato bianco di Noto, of regional interest, and three international ones, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay.
Producing organic wines is a choice for which in 2018 the Ramaddini company received the organic certification; the wines passing through careful vinification and maturation, arise from the relationship between the vine and the winemaker and are the fruits that express the authenticity of the territory rich in tradition.
