Genesis was born in Avola, a town in the south-east of Sicily dedicated to the production of typical Sicilian products respecting nature and the environment such as jams, sauces, pestos, pickles using only Sicilian extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, lemon juice and white wine. No preservatives, colorings or chemical substances are used in the products to keep all the goodness and authenticity of each single ingredient unaltered.
