In 70s the winery grew by creating a concentration of cooperative wineries, in order to centralize production and reduce costs.
In 2012, following the merger with the Cantina di Carpi, it was born the new Cantina di Carpi e Sorbara brand, today synonymous with quality and the perfect combination of tradition and innovation.
Wine production is centered on Lambruscos: Sorbara, Salamino, Maestri, Marani, Viadanese and Pignoletto, but an important part of the company's success, especially as regards bulk wine, is also linked to the so-called Rossissimo wine which is obtained from Ancellott grapes.
