Torrefazione Monforte Srl was founded in 1999 in the heart of Italy, in Molise, with the aim of creating Espresso coffee blends with an unmistakable taste and aroma. To achieve this objective, the Master Roaster, Magda Katsoura, a graduate in Botany, personally visits the coffee plantations to taste and select the best raw materials to use, thanks to her wealth of knowledge and experience. created based on the needs of the numerous international markets on which they have operated for over twenty years old.
