The Antica Biscotteria Siciliana was born in Campobello di Licata, in the heart of Sicily, where the almond tree has been present for millennia and its cultivation is rooted in the culture of the people. In 2008 Salvatore Cilia decided to make his dream come true: to open a small family-run business and create a simple and genuine product. So today, in a small laboratory in a small town in Sicily, the dessert of almond from an almost thousand-year-old recipe handed down from one generation to the next. A single taste is able to make older people relive past moments and make younger people imagine the world as it once was.
