Production area: Sassella, il Glicine vineyard. The vineyard is located at 470 m above sea level. in the eastern part of the municipality of Sondrio, southern exposure.
Soil: Sandy (70%), silty (20%) with an acid pH.
Harvest: Hl/Ha 40. The grapes are harvested in the second mid-October.
Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks; malolactic fermentation and maturation for 12 months in small 500 liter oak barrels.
Contains sulphites.
